Wonderful and clean hotel with a perfect view of the lake and mountains. Spacious room and clean bathroom. - Great and awesome location, next to Ferry Terminal. - Truly enjoyed this place.

Well-run and romantic place, I greatly enjoyed nice personnel.

i stayed for 2 nights here and had a delightful time. the room itself was fantastic and spotless with cute balcony, kingsize bed, for instance as advertised. the service was brilliant, the food was fab. could use their safe parking.

The hotel is well-maintained and romantic, it has affable staff who misled us about whether service was included. The food is great and fab. Chilled-out base for trip in Bellagio, we recommend it...

The location of this place in a charming area was stunning, with a small convenience store and little shops nearby making it convenient.

To reach the hotel you have to climb up long stairs, the reception was closed in the early morning and we locked in the hotel

The views of the lake and mountains were wonderful. the queen studio was generous-sized and huge. - the location was absolutely perfect, right next door to the center of the old town and easily accessible. - the food offered was fabulous with a great selection of meals. - the service provided was friendly.

Great location, good value very clean and each appt had plenty of space. Would def stay again.

Reception is a bit tricky as it is only open for about an hour a day. You need to be prepared rather than rely upon reception as it may be closed.

Comfortable bed, some basic kitchen supplies, centrally located, elevator available.

Poor services, air-conditioning in name only, management decides what temperature your room will be at. Set back so that there is no view..at least from our room. Not a fun place to spend more than a night at! People used to North American Standards not likely to be impressed..or even remotely satisfied.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean, equipped with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the private bathroom, the nearby city center location was fantastic.

Location is top, price absolutely fine, parking on the way up to the hotel should mostly be possible for free (only 2 parking lots in front of hotel)

Bed couch rather uncomfortable

Very very helpful hotel staff who misled us about whether service was included, everything was modern. It is in magnificent and incredible location to Torre delle Arti, set minute walk from the venue. It is found in a tranquil area very close to a really good restaurant for pizza and pasta called Baba Yaga, and other shops.

residence la limonera was even better this time around! our 1-bedroom apartment was beautifully furnished and had a lovely private balcony overlooking the courtyard. the location was unbeatable, just minutes away from the port. daniela, our hostess, went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements during a regional train strike. highly recommend!
